Francesca "Frankie" Stevenson, CMCA, AMS

Community Manager/CEO

Francesca "Frankie" Stevenson founded Pinnacle Community Association Management in March 2006. Frankie has a total of 11 years experience in the management of communities both in California and for the past 9 years in Southern Nevada. She and her team specialize in the management of single family homes, large scale condominiums, hi-rise/mid-rise communities, and townhomes. Frankie has an extensive knowledge of the Nevada Revised Statutes 116 which governs common interest communities in Nevada.

After receiving her Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. Mary’s College of California, Frankie began working as an auditor with Thomas Havey, LLC for approximately 3 years. She was recruited by PriceWaterhouseCoopers, an international CPA firm, where she focused on auditing banks and security exchanges. Her previous experience as an auditor gives her a sound understanding of accounting functions. Her current management experience along with her accounting background gives her a unique ability to manage your community as well as actively handle all of your accounting needs.

Ronald D. Stevenson

Vice- President/COO

Ronald D. Stevenson is the co-founder of Pinnacle Community Association Management with his wife Frankie Stevenson. Ron hails from Van Nuys, California where he started his collegiate career at Cal. State Los Angeles. He was President of the Sigma Nu Fraternity while attending Cal. State Los Angeles and studying Criminal Justice. Ron joined the United States Marine Corps in May of 1988 and served three tours of duty. He served with the First Marine Division (Second Battalion), Fifth Marines, and First Reconnaissance Company. Ron also served as personal security for Four Star Admiral Edney during his service.

Ron moved to Las Vegas in 1993 and started working in construction with Cabinetec as an installer. He left the company in 2000 as a general superintendent. Ron started at The University of Nevada Las Vegas to finish his degree in Criminal Justice in 2001. Ron graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in 2004, and started Recon Cleaning while completing his undergraduate work.

Ron’s leadership skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and vision learned while in The Marine Corps and his higher education are invaluable to the Pinnacle team and are filtered through all aspects of the company. Ron is a hands-on executive that interfaces with board members, contractors, and homeowners on a daily basis. When Ron isn’t leading Team Pinnacle, he enjoys spending time with his family.

Joel Schwartz

General Manager, Four Turnberry Place

When Joel joined the Pinnacle team in 2008, he brought with him over 40 years of business management experience. Joel was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, and built his career in managing manufacturing, distribution and retail businesses. In addition to his strong team building skills, he has used innovative and strategic thinking throughout his career to successfully manage growth. On the practical side, he has a strong resource management background with extensive knowledge of all financial management functions. A valued asset on the Pinnacle team, Joel has consistently shared his expertise with other team members and is always willing to be a resource for any participant in the Pinnacle network. Joel holds a Master’s Degree from The University of California at Los Angeles in Political Science and is currently licensed as a Nevada Community Association Manager.

Mihail Zlatev

Chief Engineer, Four Turnberry Place

Mihail is a native of Burgas, Bulgaria and has lived in The United States for almost 10 years. Mihail graduated with a Master’s Degree from Technical University of Plovdiv, Bulgaria in 2000. After arriving in Las Vegas in 2002, he began work a Maintenance Team Engineer at Polo Towers. He came to Turnberry as an Assistant Engineer in 2006 and has served as Chief Engineer since 2007. He has skill, and certification, in a variety of disciplines including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and IT (both hardware and software). Not only is he a critical member of the Four Turnberry Management Team but he also adds value to other Pinnacle clients by working as a resource for their Engineering departments. He is a prime example of the "value added" provided by the Pinnacle team.

Konstantin Koytchev "KK"

Chief Engineer, Turnberry Towers East

Konstantin Koytchev, also known as "KK", was born in Bulgaria. He attended school at Technical University Sofia, in Bulgaria, where he then graduated with a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering. From 1997 through 2005, he traveled from Bulgaria to the United States to attend additional engineering classes and visit family. In 2001, he married his wife Daisy and shortly thereafter had a beautiful baby girl, Katerina, in 2002. He and his family moved to "Fabulous Las Vegas" where he started working at Polo Towers in the engineering department. About a year later, KK open Red Rock Hotel and Casino as the Senior Engineer. KK over saw all technical operations of the buildings at The Red Rock for 2 years. He joined the Pinnacle team in April 2008 as Chief Engineer for Turnberry Towers East.
