Specialized Services

Pinnacle Community Association Management maintains two specialized departments to ensure your community’s specific maintenance and collection issues are our priority.

Our Maintenance Coordinator and Collections Coordinator are staff members dedicated to monitoring these two important components of your community. These two staff members sole responsibility is to manage these community issues:

  • Provide easy-to-understand, customized, monthly delinquency reports to your manager and the board

  • Facilitate payment plan creation and execution for delinquent homeowner accounts with full monitoring

  • Easy-to-understand write off tracking for board review and approval

Your community’s income is the lifeblood of the association and ensures your community runs smoothly. Delinquent assessments must be a priority for your management company and the board. While delinquent assessments are unavoidable, our Collection Coordinator ensures that every dollar of your delinquent assessments is tracked and monitored to try to collect as much as possible.

"I have been particularly impressed with Pinnacle's ability to effectively negotiate contracts by achieving terms and conditions favorable to our community. Pinnacle has extensive knowledge of Nevada laws that apply to all HOA matters. They are professional, courteous and timely to the 71 individual homeowners at our high rise. A true advocate for us."
