Pinnacle Community Association Management is equipped to provide onsite staff for all departments of your community including, but not limited to: administrative staff, housekeeping, porters, engineering, valet, and client services. As always, the onsite staff of your community will practice the principles of dedication to customer service on which our company is based. We can provide the following services to your community needing onsite management:

• Oversight of your property and employees with daily inspections and reports available for board review


• Cost for onsite staff is billed as a pass through cost, there is no mark-up to Pinnacle


• Placement and supervision of administrative, maintenance, concierge, valet and other employees


• Financial management in easy to understand forms and terms


• Assessment collection through a local lockbox and/or drop off at your community’s onsite office


• Detailed monthly financial reports with easy to understand reports and forms


• Well-prepared managers in attendance at your board meetings, detailed board packages, post-meeting wrap-up correspondence from your manager within 5 days of your meeting


• Budget, ballot, and annual meeting material preparation and execution

• Real Time management of your community’s resale disclosure and transfer packages


• 24-hour emergency line reaches a Pinnacle employee that is a staff member or your property. No answering service.
